We had a visit from Abigail who was from Centurion Lifeguards. She explained how to keep safe on the beach and reminded us to always use sun cream, wear a hat and a t-shirt. Abigail also told us that lifeguards can help us if we get lost or hurt. She showed us the hand signal that lifeguards us to communicate with each other. We played a game using these signals.
Look at me I am a lifeguard!
